Recipe: Stir Fried Mixed Vegetable

Here as your request! Simple but healthy food. It can take you only 10 minutes or less to do this meal. Try it and let me know. I’m looking forward to see your stir fried.

FOR ONE PERSON YOU NEED

  • Cabbage, Carrot, Broccoli/ Snow pea 1-1 1/2 cups
  • Fresh Garlic                 1-2        Cloves
  • Vegetable Oil              1-2        tablespoon
  • Bean Sprout                ½        cups
  • Water                          ¼        cup
  • Oyster Sauce               1        tablespoon
  • Fish Sauce                   1        tablespoon
  • Sugar                           1        teaspoon

Tip: look for very fresh   vegetable & fry in very hot oil/pan!

How To

Put the oil in pan use   the medium heat. Put ground garlic in fry until light brown. Put cabbage,   carrot, broccoli/ snow pea stir it together add water. Let it boil for few   minutes and add Sauce (oyster sauce, fish sauce). Mix it well and put bean   sprout cook for 1 minute and put sugar at the end stir 30 seconds and finish.

If you like it spicy, you   can add fresh ground chili for 1-2 chili with garlic.

Taste before you turn off   the gas. Keep stirring the vegetable around the pan not just only small area.
