Sweet Basil( Ho ra pa)- use in curry, such as green curry/ red curry, also eat together with larb.
Holy Basil (Bai Ga Prao)- use in Thai Basil stir fried with garlic and chili with minced meat. It give you the unique fragrance to the dish.Thai loves this dish. We serve it with fried egg on top of the rice.
Hairy Basil (Bai Mang Rak)- lemony scent, use in Clear soup with mixed vegetable and shrimp paste.
