Um! Looks yummy right?
It is another type of delicious fried rice that consist of cashew nut and pineapple. It can be your new family dish. After you learn how to cook fried rice. you can adapt those skill to do this. Some restaurant they add curry powder too. However, this fried rice has no egg in it. In Phuket as we have many pineapple, we can cook all year round in the class.
I´m thinking of maybe start teaching how to cook this yummy dish!
FOR ONE PERSON YOU NEED
· Cook Rice 1 Cup
· Pineapple 1 tablespoon
· Chicken, and/or Shrimp 75 Gram (You can add Ham if you want)
· Garlic ½ Tablespoon
· Roasted Cashew Nut ½ Tablespoon
· Onion 1 Tablespoon
· Carrot 1Tablespoon
· Spring Onion 1 Tablespoon
· Soy Sauce/Fish Sauce 1 Tablespoon
· Sugar 1 Teaspoon
· Vegetable oil 1 or 1 ½ Tablespoon
· Curry powder 1 teaspoon
Heat up the Vegetable oil medium heat. Add Garlic until light brown then add meat to cook. When meat cooks you can add onion, carrot, pineapple in mix well thenadd rice and sauce.
Stir until vegetable cook. Add Cashew nut then you mix together until everything is cooked.
You can serve in Pineapple shell.
