I want to post another menu that you might like it a lot. Most of the time people like it. It is Cashew Nut chicken.
FOR ONE PERSON YOU NEED
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Chop Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili Paste ½ tablespoon
- Fish sauce 1 tablespoon
- Water 2-3 tablespoon
- Sugar ½-1 teaspoon
- Meat(chicken) 75-100 gram
- Vegetable: Yellow/White Onion, Green Onion, Carrot ½ cup
- 2-3 Dried Chilies(either large chili or small Thai Chili)
- Cashew nut 1 tablespoon
+ Marinate chicken 5minutes before cook with Chinese whiskey and oyster sauce 1 teaspoon each + Also; put all-purpose flour 1-2 teaspoon to mix thru chicken before you fry.
Put vegetable oil in the pan adds chilies first. Fry until brown then take it out and fry Cashew nut until light brown. Then take it out. Put chicken in and fry until it turns yellow and add garlic cook until light brown, then put vegetable cook for few minutes. And add chili paste, fish sauce, and water in the pan. Taste it and add sugar then. Wait until it cooks add cashew nut and dried chilies in the pan at the end. Garnish with Red Chili and chop Spring Onion. Serve with Jasmine Rice
