Recipe: Mixed Vegetable Stir Fried

Hello Everyone,

Here is the simple sauce that Thai use for stir fried veggies. You can do only 1 type of vegetable or mixed it. However, tip is don;t over cook vegetable. !!!

FOR ONE PERSON YOU NEED

  • Cabbage, Carrot, Broccoli/ Snow pea 1-1 1/2 cups
  • Fresh Garlic                 1-2 Cloves
  • Vegetable Oil              1-2 tablespoon
  • Bean Sprout                ½ cups
  • Water                          ¼ cup
  • Oyster Sauce               1 tablespoon
  • Fish Sauce                   1 tablespoon
  • Sugar                           1 teaspoon

Tip: look for very fresh vegetable & fry in hot oil/pan!

How To

Put the oil in pan use the medium heat. Put ground garlic in fry until light brown. Put cabbage, carrot, broccoli/ snow pea stir it together add water. Let it boil for few minutes and add Sauce (oyster sauce, fish sauce). Mix it well and put bean sprout cook for 1 minute and put sugar at the end stir 30 seconds and finish.

If you like it spicy, you can add fresh ground chili for 1-2 chilli with garlic.

Taste before you turn off the gas. Keep stirring the vegetable around the pan not just only small area.
