A few month ago I gave you my very quick and easy recipe for Lemongrass Tea. Though it is really very simple I have a second little helper for you: I also have a YouTube Video of this recipe. The best thing about this drink is: you can enjoy it hot or cold. So even if you now have a cold winter at home, you can still remember the taste of Thailand and treat yourself with a hot cup of tea. And if you need a refreshment: just enjoy it cold!
Of course you can make the drink even healthier by reduce the sugar. Try also adding a little bit of Lemon juice or a few slices of ginger. See how the taste changes?
