Recipe: Fish Fillet with Sweet&Spicy Sauce

Hello everyone,

A lot of people love this dish becauce the sauce is fresh made and it is serves with fried fish (White Flesh prefer). Such as White/red Snapper, Trout is good as well.

Deep fried the fish then put it aside. Make the sauce fresh from scratch.

FOR ONE PERSON YOU NEEDIngredient

  1. Fish Fillet                      1 Pieces (120-150 gram each)
  1. Slice Shallot                   2 Tablespoon
  2. Thai Chili                       4-8 chili
  3. Big Chili (long fed pepper) 1-2 Tablespoon
  4. Coriander Root                 1 teaspoon
  5. Garlic                              1 tablespoon
  6. Sugar                              1 Tablespoon+1 teaspoon
  7. Fish sauce                        1 Tablespoon
  8. Tamarind sauce                1 Tablespoon
  9. Vegetable Oil (for frying)   1-2 Cup

How To:

Smash 3-5 together (Both types of Chili, coriander root, Garlic) first then add shallot. Put the oil 1-2 tablespoon to the sauce pan warm up the oil with medium heat then put the mixer that we grounded to the oil. Stir fry until light brown add Tamarind sauce and sugar, fish sauce, and taste it. Add ingredient as needed to the sauce. Then put it on the side.

Direction for Fish

Wash fish with salt around 1 teaspoon and prepare oil to fry. Use hot oil and lower it to medium. Later you fry the fish until light brown and put to serving plate. Put the sauce on top.

Garnish with Coriander, Slice of Chili.
