Friday Class

This is what we will do on Friday

After arriving in the cooking class in Kata beach we get to know each other with a relaxing and refreshing glass of lemon grass tea! Before we start with our program of the day:

Lunch group (11:00 / 11 AM) will take approx. 2 hours:

 

 

  • Spring Roll | Crispy wrap deep fried with vegetable stuff dip with spicy and sweet dipping sauce
  • Green Curry | Fresh Made Green Curry paste in coconut milk with chicken (Make it from the scratch)
  • Tom Yum | The famous spicy Thai soup with prawns

Dinner group (15.30 / 3.30 PM) will take approx.  2 hours

 

 

  • Cashew Nut Chicken |  Stir Fired Chicken with secret sauce and cashew nut
  • Red Curry | A chicken curry with the spicy taste of red curry paste (Make it from the scratch)
  • Pad Thai | Thai style fried noodles with chicken, lime juice and secret sauce
