Friday Class

This is what we will do on Friday

After arriving in the cooking class in Kata beach we get to know each other with a relaxing and refreshing glass of lemon grass tea! Before we start with our program of the day:

Lunch group (10:30 / 10.30 AM) will take approx. 3 hours:




  • Tom Yum – Thai Famous Spicy and Sour Soup
  • Green Curry – Thai Famous Curry. We will tell you how to make curry paste from the scratch
  • Mango with Sticky Rice – Riped mango on side with glutinous rice on top with coconut cream
  • Pad Thai – Stir fried rice noodle in Thai style

Dinner group (15.30 / 3.30 PM) will take approx.  4 hours


  • Local market tour – we start with a short walk across the local market and get a peak of real Thai life
  • Pad Thai – Thai style fried noodles with chicken, lime juice and secret sauce
  • Panang Curry – Mildest Red Curry and Peanut with Delicious  Sauce (Make it from the scratch)
  • Spring Roll – Crispy wrap deep fried with vegetable stuff dip with spicy and sweet dipping sauce
